SIJCC 2023/24 Calendar (updated 29/08/23)

  • August 1 - Registrations open

​

  • Aug 26 - SIJCC/Lindfield All Girls Cricket event 3.30-5pm (Koola Park Killara) includes player coaching and fun activities.

​

  • Aug 31 - after this date, registrations will be accepted in age groups which still need players in their team.

​

  • Sep 10 - Preseason Event includes player coaching, Come and Try 3-5pm at Hassall Park

​​

  • Sept 18-22 - Junior training for Stage 2 and 3 teams commences. Council bookings at Hassall Park and NTRA for one week only (break in the holidays)

​

  • Sept 22 - first training for Stage 1 U10s and  U11s at Hassall Park (U9s and Cricket Blast Competition - formerly Master Blasters start Oct 13).

​​

  • Sept 22 - Play HQ Q & A at Hassall Park Clubhouse 5-6pm.

​

  • Sept 23/24 - Round 1 - Juniors U10-U17 T20 and Girls Cricket (except U9s and TURF - U15 and U17)

​​

  • No cricket for 2 weekends - 30 Sept, 1 Oct and 7/8 Oct.

​

  • Oct 9 - Junior training for Stage 2 and 3 teams recommences (Council bookings)

​​

  • Oct 13 - first session of combined training at Hassall Park for Cricket Blast Competition (formerly Master Blasters), Stage 1 (U9s , U10s and U11s)

​​

  • Oct 13 - Coach the Coach clinic for parent coaches and interested parents at Hassall Park 5-6pm.

​​

  • Oct 13 - Manager Season Information session at Hassall Park Clubhouse 5-6pm

​

  • Oct 14/15 - All formats/age groups play this weekend, including Cricket Blast, U9s and Turf

​​

  • Oct 27 - PlayHQ Q&A at Hassall Park Clubhouse

​​

  • Dec 16/17 - Final round for 2023

​

  • Holidays - Dec 23/24 to Jan 27/28 inclusive

 

  • Jan 29 - Junior training for Stage 2 and 3 recommences (Council Bookings)

​​

  • Feb 2 - Combined training at Hassall Park recommences.

​

  • Feb 3/4 - All competitions recommence including Cricket Blast, Girls and Juniors

​

  • Mar 2/3 - Last round of Junior cricket (U9-U17) competition

​

  • Mar 9/10 - Semi's for all Juniors and Girls. Last game for Cricket Blast and U9s.

​

  • Mar 16/17 - Grand Finals 

​

U17 competition to play Championship semis and final only (ie 4 top teams).

​

Other competitions will play a knockout semi in  Championships,Cup, Plate and Shield finals. Championship semis for U16/17s.

​

  • Mar 9/10 - Finals - Championship, Cup, Plate etc
